  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information to facilitate the delivery of services, including access to the site where plumbing work is to be performed. Failure to provide access may delay or prevent the timely completion of services.

  1. Limitations of Liability
  • We are not responsible for any damages to property or persons resulting from the failure of the plumbing systems beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered, except where prohibited by law.
  1. Warranties

We provide a warranty for our services. Should any issues arise from faulty workmanship or materials used, we will correct the problem at no additional charge within a specified period after service completion.

    • ☐ Cell phone carriers may charge a fee for sending or receiving text messages. Cell phone carriers display a clear message for the consumer to opt in or opt out for a sending or receiving a text message that has a fee attached.
